Name it – Identify the feeling and where it shows up in the body

Interrupt – Break the loop using a quick pattern interrupt

Regulate – Breath + grounding to reorganise the nervous system

Check calm level – Notice what’s changed (scale 1–10)

Choose next best action – The smallest helpful step
